Tucked beneath the streets of North Beach - and quite accessible, if you know where to look… - The Palace Theater has been San Francisco's best-kept secret since long before anyone thought to keep it.

The space itself has lived many lives: a Russian Orthodox cathedral, a Chinese theatre, a home for the legendary Cockettes, and eventually the celebrated immersive production Speakeasy, which sold out 425 performances before closing in 2019.

Today, The Palace is home to The illusionist Kevin Blake's acclaimed residency, alongside an evolving lineup of cabaret, immersive theatre, and one-night experiences unlike anything else in the city. Eight sprawling rooms, a sunken cabaret stage, hidden bars, and a labyrinthine layout that rewards the curious…

Whether it's a close-up magic show at a poker table, a one-night cabaret, or an immersive evening that takes over the entire venue, The Palace is where San Francisco's most extraordinary nights happen, just off Broadway.
